Whale Camp for Kids
Join us at one of three 2024 Whale Camp for Kids Sessions held on July 15 – 17, July 22 – 24, and
August 5 – 7.
Whale Camp is a three-day summer program held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for kids ages 8-12 who will learn about the wonderful world of whales and the ocean.
Highlights include the chance to step inside a life-sized North Atlantic right whale, learn what it’s like to disentangle whales and turtles, be able to identify whales by their distinctive markings, make whale art and more. Participants will be able to meet whale researchers and members of CCS Marine Animal Disentanglement Team. Each camp culminates with whale watch aboard the Dolphin Fleet!
Cost
Participation is limited, so reserve your places soon. Fee is $225 for CCS members, $275 for non-members. See below for information on a discount for Cape Cod residents.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. The camp registration fee includes a non-refundable $30 enrollment fee per child. There will be no refunds for dismissal, failure to attend, absence, or sick days. If you cancel for any reason before the start of your child’s session, the amount of tuition refund is determined by the following schedule:
30+days in advance – 100% refund (less $30 enrollment fee)
7-29 days in advance – 50% refund (less $30 enrollment fee)
Fewer than 7 days in advance – no refunds
Cape Cod Resident Discount Campers who reside on Cape Cod receive a $20 discount with proof of enrollment in a Cape Cod school district. A copy of a report card, progress report, or letter from the school must accompany your registration or you will not receive the discount.
To qualify for a member discount you must be a current CCS member at the Family level or above and be the parent, grandparent, or legal guardian of the enrolled camper.
