The CCS Endowment Campaign is designed to strengthen the organization’s long-term stability.
Historically, much of CCS’s work has relied on grants and contracts that can shift over time. Endowment support provides a stable foundation and support for:
- Sustained monitoring and field research
- Emerging technologies and scientific innovation
- Training and mentorship for future scientists
- Public education and community engagement
- Rapid-response field and conservation programs
- Independent science that informs policy and management
