DESCRIPTION:Cape Cod has long been shaped by the dynamic interactions of the land and the sea.  In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Center for Coastal Studies\, Dr. Katie Castagno\, Director of the Land-Sea Interaction Program\, explores the Cape’s geologic evolution alongside the history of the Land–Sea Interaction Program. Through multimedia excerpts from oral history interviews with Center founder Dr. Graham Giese\, past and present perspectives come together\, highlighting five decades of coastal science and the ongoing work of understanding a continually evolving shoreline.\nReservations requested but not required.
