Junior MAER Entanglement Responder Program

For children ages 6-12.
Kids will learn about the tools used by our Marine Animal Entanglement Response (MAER) team to free a whale or sea turtle trapped in fishing lines and gear; see videos, photos, and tools from actual disentanglement operations; and try their hand at “rescuing” a whale. Meet at SEA Space in Whaler’s Wharf. Space is limited.
