Hatches Harbor Marsh Field Walk

January 22 @ 8:00 am - 10:30 am

$30.00

Hatchs Harbor Field WalkJoin Center for Coastal Studies biologist Lisa Sette and poet naturalist Elizabeth Bradfield for a morning foray at Hatches Harbor in Provincetown on Saturday January 22nd at 8:00 am.  Learn about the fascinating plants and animals of the seashore and look for winter visitors that frequent the harbor marsh. Join us for a little birding, a little tideline treasure hunting, and we’ll see what we can find. January is a dynamic time of year and we’ll take advantage of whatever our time in the field offers us!

All participants will be required to wear a mask and the walk is limited to 10 participants. The route covers up to 2.5 miles of travel in soft sand and hilly terrain. Dress for the weather in layers, comfortable waterproof shoes, bring water and binoculars, if you have them.

Space is limited; pre-registration is required, please sign up online.   Our suggested donation for the walk is $25.00 for members and $30.00 for non-members.
